Wildfire in Park County now 75 percent contained

Firefighters monitored the blaze through the night

A fire in Park County that forced some campers to evacuate is now 75 percent contained, according to the U.S. Forest Service.

The 392 fire — which officials believe was caused by a human activity — is burning on 90 acres nearly 10 miles northeast of the town of Como and campers were evacuated from Park County Road 39 on Saturday.

Firefighters continued to mop up hot spots on Sunday and monitored the blaze through the night, the forest service said.
