Wood: If you can’t afford children, don’t have them

Randall Wood, Breckenridge

You see folks. It’s very simple. Government is the problem, not the solution. I live in Breckenridge. A dream place to live. However, we have a very progressive local government that is one of the most enabling I have ever seen. We are now to a point where the local government has decided that we the people are going to be taxed even more to support child care for a few of our citizens. Of course, this is nothing more than “legal thievery” to make these progressives feel good. What happened to being responsible and only having children you can afford to raise yourself? I know, “it takes a village.”
