Beers

  • Buzz-Bird Belgian Honey-Wheat

Our lightest brew, this crisp blonde ale has a hint of CO honey to supplement the natural sweetness of white wheat; carefully balanced with a bit of fresh orange peel and the subtle spice of Belgian yeast. 5.5%

  • French Silk Stout

Like the name implies, this lactose-free cream style stout is silky smooth with a rich creamy body that isn't overwhelming and a bit of subtle black coffee bitterness to balance out all the chocolate and caramel malts. 5.3%

  • Mango-Ginger Saison

The first in our series of seasonal saisons, this brew features fresh and dried mangos added to both the mash and the boil to subtly enhance the natural fruity esters of our Belgian yeast while the crystallized ginger does the same for the yeast's spicy phenolics. Fruit forward but light and refreshing like a sunny Summer day! 7.2%

  • CORY'S CRAZY INFUSION CONFUSION

You never know what brewmaster Cory might throw together, but here are a few of the random ingredients he's used in the past: Tequila soaked black cherry wood chips, pickled jalapeños, tart cherries, rose buds, crushed blueberries, dark rum soaked toasted American oak, red, white & port wine barrels, bourbon barrels, etc. etc. etc. Please ask your server for today's latest and greatest brainstorm…and please realize that these are very small batches and 5 gallons usually doesn't last long around here!
