Chef releases ‘Deliciously Breckenridge’ cookbook
BRECKENRIDGE — Claire Preen, an Australian chef who has lived in Breckenridge for more than a year, has released a new cookbook about the town. Called “Deliciously Breckenridge,” the book features recipes from local chefs, Preen’s own creations and full-page photographs showcasing Summit County’s natural beauty.
Following “Deliciously Antigua,” it is the second book in her series. It incorporates typical Colorado meals along with flavors and techniques from all over the world.
Preen, a trained chocolatier, yoga instructor and nutritionist, has traveled the world and has appeared on a number of international TV shows. Along with the new “Deliciously” series, Preen is the author of “50 Shades of Chocolate” and “A Diva’s Guide to Dinner Parties.”
It costs $29.95 and can be purchased in Breckenridge at Breckenridge Market & Liquor, Country Boy Mine and the Breckenridge Welcome Center. It also can be bought online at shop.keymedia.com/deliciously-breckenridge.
