Usually catching the Mountainfilm Festival requires going to Telluride on Memorial Day weekend, but the festival has gone on tour and will stop in Keystone this Saturday. Warren Station will host two shows as a Mountainfilm presenter provides insight on the films, filmmakers and subjects.

Mountainfilm began in 1979 and is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. In addition to screening leading independent documentary films from around the world, the festival includes a full-day symposium, exhibits, outdoor programs and more.

The first show is on Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. with an encore presentation at 7. Doors open a half hour in advance for both shows. The cost for each is $10 per adult and $7 for students or children 12 and under.

Visit WarrenStation.com to purchase tickets. To learn more about the festival and see which films will be screened, visit Mountainfilm.org.
