“The Little Mermaid Jr” is the second production of Breckenridge Backstage Theatre’s four-week Student Theatrical Enrichment Program (STEP). The musical opens April 29, with performances April 29 and 30 at 7 p.m. and May 1 at 2 p.m. All tickets are $10, general admission. Soupz On

Breckenridge, May 1

11 a.m., Soupz On, 422 N. Park Avenue. Soupz On in Breckenridge is serving soup and fresh bread to support the girls Summit Rugby team. Soupz On is generously donating all proceeds from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday to help the eight time Colorado State Champion girls rugby team travel and compete at the 2016 National High School Rugby Tournament.
