Friday, July 22

The Snake River Saloon in Keystone hosts Cranford Hollow on Friday and Saturday. South Carolina’s Cranford Hollow plays a mix of Southern rock, Appalachian fiddle music and Americana, music from now and years past, harkening to our country’s rugged, untamed infancy. Parsonsfield at the Dillon Amphitheatre

The town of Dillon hosts Parsonsfield on Friday. Parsonsfield is a five-piece alt/folk band for Northampton, Massachusetts, that infuses a rowdy, rock ‘n’ roll spirit into its bluegrass and folk influences, blowing away any preconception of what you think banjos and mandolins should sound like. Show starts at 7 p.m.

The Brown hosts local musician Keith Synnestvedt

Local musician Keith Synnestvedt will play at The Brown Hotel lounge on Friday from 7–9 p.m., with free champagne for ladies from 7–8 p.m. A Bears Choice was scheduled to play Friday night, but had to cancel due to an emergency. Go to The Brown’s Facebook page for more information.

Dewey Paul Band plays in Breckenridge

The Brown Hotel in Breckenridge hosts the Dewey Paul Band on Saturday. Dewey Paul Band is a four-piece internationally touring Americana group from Colorado. The Dewey Paul Band’s Americana sound also features Jessica Rose Moidel on fiddle, Tim Steele on bass and Andy Clapp on drums.

I Draw Slow at Dillon Amphitheatre

The town of Dillon hosts I Draw Slow at the Dillon Amphitheatre on Saturday. Dublin roots band I Draw Slow have been drumming up enthusiastic reviews in Ireland since the release of their top 10 selling second album, Redhills. Irish national broadcaster RTE made Redhills album of the week and Redhills has been welcomed to the playlists of stations across the country. Show starts at 7 p.m.

Sheryl Renee will play this week’s Sunset at the Summit Concert Series at Silverthorne’s Rainbow Park on Saturday. Sheryl Renee is an award-winning performing artist that plays an eclectic mix of rhythm and blues, jazz, and pop rock. Music is free and starts at 7 p.m.

Music five days a week at Blue River Bistro

Start the week at Blue River Bistro on Sunday with free live music from guitarist and vocalist Rob Wivchar. Mark Schlaefer brings his delta blues to the Blue River Bistro on Monday and Wednesday. The Blue River Bistro in Breckenridge welcomes the Jerry Weiss Duo on Tuesday and the Jerry Weiss Trio on Thursday. The music runs from 5-10 p.m. and there’s no cover. DooWop Denny plays in Frisco

Outdoor music with Horseshoes & Hand Grenades

Frisco hosts Horseshoes & Hand Grenades on Thursday for its Concert in the Park Series. While strongly rooted in bluegrass, old-time and folk music, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades produces a sound that draws on the vaults of music experienced by each band member. The free outdoor show at the Frisco Historic Park is from 5:30–7:30 p.m. This week’s refreshment sales benefit Advocates for Victims of Assault.
