Drew & Brett, aka Two Dudes, come to The MotherLoaded Tavern in Breckenridge on Friday, Aug. 29. Drew & Brett incorporate rock, blues, country and hip-hop music into their shows to help lift the spirits of their fellow man. Prior incarnations include White Chocolate, Dude Stew and Car Ramrod. Rockin’ oldies in Silverthorne

The Silverthorne Pavilion will host local favorite DooWop Denny and one of his last rockin’ oldies dances of the season on Friday, Aug. 29. Lifelong entertainer Denny promises “music to bring out the rock ’n’ roll kid in you,” with songs from the ’50s and ’60s, island tunes and slow dancing. “Wear your dancin’ sneakers!” Denny said, as he encourages folks of all ages to feel the foot-stompin’ beat at Silverthorne’s elegant ballroom. Eminence Ensemble at Napper Tandy’s

Napper Tandy’s Irish Pub in Breckenridge welcomes Summit High grads Eminence Ensemble on Saturday, Aug. 30. The band has been mesmerizing the Colorado music scene with its eloquent, inventive composition style and captivating, explosive performances, elegantly fusing elements of jazz, rock, funk, hip-hop, reggae and electronica. The all-ages show starts at 3 p.m., immediately following The Summit Foundation’s Rubber Duck Race. Stoney Live at the MotherLoaded

The MotherLoaded Tavern in Breckenridge will host Stoney Live on Saturday, Aug. 30, and Sunday, Aug. 31. From Stillwater, Oklahoma, Justin Stone rocks red-dirt music like no other. Covering everything from country music to solid rock hits of the ’80s and ’90s, Stoney Live brings people to their feet and causes spontaneous dancing on the tables. Sold-out concert closes music festival

Local jazz band Trading Fours will close out the Snake River Music Festival at The Keystone Center with a sold-out show on Saturday, Aug. 30. For those who were lucky enough to have already reserved a seat, the free night of music features café seating, appetizers and wine. The music starts at 7 p.m., and donations are encouraged. Arnie J. Green will play the Snake River Saloon in Keystone on Saturday, Aug. 30. Green grew up in Vallejo, Calif., where the Bay Area’s secular and religious music inspired him to his life’s calling. His work with other musicians has varied, taking him from the New Orleans blues of the Subdudes to the Grateful Dead greatness of Shakedown Street and Melvin Seals of the Jerry Garcia Band. Barkley welcomes Pink Floyd tribute

Northern Strangers will play a tribute to Pink Floyd at The Barkley Ballroom on Thursday, Sept. 4. Northern Strangers are a four-piece psychedelic folk rock band from Los Angeles.
