Boulder bluegrass band Timber! returns to Frisco on Wednesday, March 18, as part of the Bluegrass Wednesdays series. The band’s bass, guitar, banjo, mandolin and fiddle combo is perfect for traditional bluegrass fans, while the fast-picking style gets you up and dancing. Doors open at 9 p.m. for the free show. Paint Along

Breckenridge, March 18

1 p.m., Fuqua Livery Stable, 110 E Washington Ave. Paint along with Amy Evans. Amy will guide you through the process of creating a painting as she paints using reference materials from Summit County’s landscape. This is a great way to add to your toolbox of painting skills for locals, or create a memory of your time in Breckenridge if you are just visiting.

Watercolor Workshop: Colorado Postcards

5 p.m., Yellow Arrow Coffee, 103 S. Harris St. Become an artist for a day with this fun 1 1/2 hour introductory watercolor class. In this workshop you will learn about the use of tools and materials while you create your very own watercolor postcard under the instruction of local artist Mauricio Meneses.
