Breck Big Mountain Challenge

Breckenridge, March 22

10:30 a.m., Breckenridge Ski Resort, 1599 Saw Mill Run Road. This IFSA sanctioned event features Peak 6 Brecks newest terrain. The Sixth Senses area of Peak 6 features steep lines, tight chutes, and big cliff drops. This event will test some of the best big mountain Freeskiers in the country as they compete for points in the IFSA series. This is a spectator friendly event so come to Peak 6 to watch athletes rip lines some only dream about.

Tea Time for Kids and Bigs

Breckenridge, March 22

10 a.m., Yellow Arrow Coffee, 103 S. Harris St. A special tea time with your little one under five years old. Children get free tea and gluten free treats, but must please be accompanied by an adult.

Summit Ski Exhibit

Breckenridge, March 22

11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Summit Ski Museum, 308-B South Main St. Celebrate the first 100 years of skiing in Summit County with a ski documentary and vintage equipment and clothing. This exhibit is a colorful look into the history of skiing.

Historic Walking Tour

Breckenridge, March 22

11 a.m. & 1:30 p.m., Breckenridge Welcome Center, 203 S Main St. Take a tour through Breckenridge’s Nationally Recognized Historic District with a local expert. Along the way, hear stories about the hardy souls who lived in Breckenridge more than 100 years ago. Reservations not required.

Freud’s Last Session

Dillon, March 22, 24 & 25

6:30 p.m., The Lake Dillon Theatre Company, 176 Lake Dillon Drive. In September 1939, 83-year-old Dr. Sigmund Freud welcomes Oxford C. S. Lewis into his office. While they anxiously await news of Britain’s entering the Second World War, the unlikely pair embarks on an intellectual journey involving love, sex, the existence of God, and the meaning of life.
