Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Annual Banquet

Keystone, April 11

4:30 p.m., Warren Station. The mission of the RMEF is to ensure the future of elk and other wildlife by conserving their habitat. Since 1990, the Summit County Chapter has netted over $832,857 which equates to conserving and enhancing over 3,485 acres of wildlife habitat. A night of good food, raffles, auctions, and fun. Tickets are limited, and walk ins will be an additional $10. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.

Head for the Hills

Frisco, April 11

9 p.m., Barkley Ballroom, 610 Main St. Head for the Hills has a sound based in bluegrass that reaches into indie rock, jazz, hip hop, world and folk to stitch together fresh songs that bridge the divide between past and future acoustic music. Free show.

The Color Run

Copper Mountain, April 11

11 a.m., Copper Mountain Resort, 209 Ten Mile Circle. Get ready for special sparkle attractions on the course, glamorous photo ops, and new shine elements at the Finish Festival. Participants will receive a limited edition shine tour participant kit including a custom race tee, gold finishers medal, tricolor headband with silver stitching, special edition glitter pack, classic color pack, new gold tattoos and more.

Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival

Noon, Ridge St. Bringing over 35 breweries for tastings, free live music, a VIP area and wonderful food and retail vendors. In honor of KSMT’s 40th Anniversary, the Spring Beer Fest will be a funk-tastic theme party with disco balls, funky music and costumes.

JERMS Art Therapy and Presentation

4 p.m., The Breckenridge Backstage Theatre, 121 Ridge St. Local artist and traumatic brain injury survivor Jeremy Greene is presenting his art for a meet and greet event being hosted by Breck Create.
