Tomando Control Colorado Class for Spanish Speakers

4 p.m., St. Anthony Summit Medical Center, 340 Peak One Drive. A free class taught in Spanish to help people deal with the challenges of living with an ongoing health condition such as heart disease, a lung condition, diabetes or arthritis. Tomando Control Colorado is the chronic disease self-management program developed at Stanford University.
