Today’s top five things to do in Summit County

The Mountain Top Children’s Museum will host its 10th annual Family Night Fundraiser from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, May 23, at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, located at 620 Village Road in Breckenridge. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and younger, and tables are also available. Hotel de Paris Museum Tours

Georgetown, May 23

10 a.m., Hotel de Paris Museum, 409 6th St. Louis Dupuys Hotel de Paris contains stories about people who reached a time of decision. Famous the wide world over, Hotel de Paris began in 1875 and is older than the State of Colorado itself. The site is open daily May 23 to Sept. 30. General admission is $7; discounts are available for youths, seniors, active military, AAA, and members of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

11:30 a.m., Dillon Dam Brewery. Come have lunch ancd check out 20-30 classic cars. If you want to take your car for a ride beforehand meet at the brewery at 8:30 a.m.

Breckenridge Alpine Garden Work Session

9 a.m. to Noon, Breckenridge Alpine Garden. A work session followed by lunch at Kenosha Steakhouse to welcome new members. This is an ongoing Club project, begun in 2003.

This night of Fun includes dinner (taco bar), face painting and balloons with SUZ-Q-Z the clown, hands-on kids activities, A huge silent auction and an hour of magic and laughter with Shawn Preston of Denver.

Wash Park Band

1-4 p.m., Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US Highway 6. Wash Park is a hard hitting high energy dance band that is rocking the scene in Colorado. Whether its the old school dance classics or the hits from today, Wash Park is sure to light any event on fire. Free show.
