Arapahoe Basin Festival of the Brewpubs

All Day, Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US Highway 6. Spend the day sampling beer from 11 breweries from Summit County and Colorado. Featuring live music from Funky Johnson and outdoor food stations, this is a spring-time party not to be missed.

Edwin Carter Discovery Center

11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Edwin Carter Discovery Center, 111 North Ridge St. Explore the home and museum of Edwin Carter, miner turned taxidermist and naturalist. View many original Rocky Mountain specimens and enjoy interactive displays honoring Carter’s legacy.

Summit Ski Exhibit

11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Summit Ski Museum, 308-B South Main St. Celebrate the first 100 years of skiing in Summit County with a ski documentary and vintage equipment and clothing. This exhibit is a colorful look into the history of skiing.

Historic Walking Tour

11 a.m. & 1:30 p.m., Breckenridge Welcome Center, 203 S Main St. Take a tour through Breckenridge’s Nationally Recognized Historic District with a local expert. Along the way, hear stories about the hardy souls who lived in Breckenridge more than 100 years ago. Reservations not required.
