Why do you think your business was voted the Best of Summit?

Culture. It’s the team we have and the positive culture they’ve helped create. We prioritize honest service, skilled technicians, continued learning, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We focus on delivering quality repairs and building trust with our community.

Why is this recognition important to your business?

It reflects the trust our community has in us. It motivates our team to continue providing exceptional service and reinforces our commitment to quality. It proves that people value fairness, consistency and transparency in auto repair shops.

What does customer service mean to you?

Customer service means treating everyone with respect, being transparent about repairs, and ensuring customers feel heard and valued. It’s about going the extra mile to make their experience positive. It’s about leading with empathy. Car repairs are never convenient. Customer service means understanding the customer’s situation and doing whatever is within your means to help them out.

How does your business give back to the community?

Utopia has been lucky enough to give back in both Summit and Park County. Starting with the schools, where we’ve donated to athletic programs and provided tire equipment to support the shop program in Park County. We are members of the Summit County Chamber of Commerce, supporters of the Summit Community Care Clinic, and contribute to several other non-profits.

Where do you see your business in five years?

We hope to continue improving the customer experience by providing services not found anywhere else in the county, including tire storage and shopping for tires online (both currently available). We’ll continue to stay ahead of the market by taking advantage of new technology, including A.I., and hope to open a third location so that we can assist even more of our friends in mountain communities.
