On The Hill: Snow to skate for Woodward opening and Go Skateboarding Day (video)
On The Hill is brought to you by The Steadman Clinic and the Steadman Philippon Research Institute.
VIDEO: One joy of living in the Rocky Mountains is June, when it’s easy enough for the dedicated few to go snowboarding one day and skateboarding the next, all under a bright, warm summer sun. Z Griff heads to Copper for opening weekend at the public on-snow terrain park before joining a mob of skateboarders for a cruise down Main Street Breck the morning of Go Skateboarding Day, June 21, the unofficial holiday for skaters the world over.
Watch for Z Griff’s recap of the Go Skateboarding Day shenanigans in Leadville and at Vail’s new skate park later this week.
