Most coffeehouses aren’t offering half-a-dozen breakfast burrito options, killer coffee, lunch sandwiches or wine on tap — but Inxpot Keystone is not your average coffeehouse.

With its prime location in the heart of River Run Village at Keystone, Inxpot has become a favorite among skiers and snowboarders looking to fuel up for the day or for a mid-day recharge. It’s even a popular spot to end the day, thanks to its creative list of hot drinks, cocktails and martinis. Who wouldn’t want to cap off a day on the mountain with a bacon bloody Mary or a hot buttered rum?

“It’s really a classic spot — a true craft coffee shop,” says Shevi Rashidi, one of the principal owners of the restaurant group that manages Inxpot.

Tom and Susan Chehak opened Inxpot in 1995 and began serving the village as the only all-in-one coffeehouse, bookstore and bar. While plenty of bookstores were selling coffee in those days, a bookstore with booze and great food was — and still is — something special.

From wines by the glass to craft cocktails to coffee drinks with or without liquor, this place is a one-stop-shop for all your needs on a cold, winter day. Inxpot also makes a creative list of specialty coffee drinks, flavored coffee drinks and classics such as lattes and mochas.
