The 34th Arapahoe Basin Enduro took place on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Thirty-five teams of two skied or rode as many laps as they could off the Pali Lift in a 10-hour period. This annual, friendly competition is a fundraiser for a community member in need, and included an after-party and auction with all event proceeds going to the beneficiary. This year, The Enduro supported Tim Finnigan, who has worked at A-Basin for 37 years and who has been facing ongoing complications following cancer treatment several years ago. There is no official winner and no official run-count tracking, though the leaders usually rack up between 60 and 70 laps. Those who manage to ski or ride some of Colorado’s steepest terrain for 10 hours earn bragging rights and admiration.
