3 Summit County nonprofit organizations earn $13,000 in grants

FRISCO — The El Pomar Foundation has approved $105,000 in funding to 15 nonprofits in the High Country, including $13,000 to three nonprofits in Summit County.

The following local organizations were awarded grants:

  • Summit County Family Resource Center: $2,000 in general operating support
  • Summit County Family Resource Center: $8,500 for the Colorado High Country sustainability effort
  • Summit County School District RE-1: $2,500 for the Summit High School Welding Program
