A-Basin announces season pass prices

ARAPAHOE BASIN ” Arapahoe Basin’s 2005-2006 season passes are on sale, even as the Basin gets ready for their prime time ” when everyone else closes.

Purchasers can use next season’s pass through the remainder of the ongoing ski season, which is expected to last at A-Basin until early June, depending on the weather and snow conditions.

The Arapahoe Basin Bonus Pass costs $239 and provides skiers and riders unlimited use at A-Basin plus five nontransferable ski days at Keystone or Breckenridge.



One of the five days can be used at Vail or Beaver Creek.

The five Vail Resorts ski days are applicable for the 2005-2006 season only.



The Vail/Beaver Creek ski day is not valid on the following days next season: Nov. 25-26, Dec. 27-31 and Feb. 18-19.

The A-Basin Only Adult Season Pass (ages 20-69) costs $189; A-Basin Youth Pass (ages 15-19) costs $139; and A-Basin Child Pass (ages 6-14) costs $79. Prices are valid for a limited time.

The ski area is also selling A-Basin Spring 4-Packs for $99.

The pack includes four fully transferable lift tickets valid at A-Basin until the closing of the 2004-2005 season.

Starting April 11, the A-Basin 4-Pack can be purchased at Front Range and Summit County kiosk merchants or by bringing in a coupon from the A-Basin website Hot Deals section (www.arapahoebasin.com/hotdeals) and purchasing the 4-Pack at the A-Basin ticket office.

All season passes and Vail Resort ski days are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The season passes are available at the ski area or by calling (888) ARAPAHOE (272-7246), ext. 2.

The season pass office is open daily; call for operating hours. Passes are also available online at http://www.arapahoebasin.com.
