The Dillon Valley Staff

Thank you to the Dillon Valley staff and community members for their enthusiasm and commitment to our third annual event ” El Grito del Valle! The fun run and celebration was designed to bring our community together to expand scholarships and literacy materials for the dual-language immersion program. This event was a huge success due to the support of our sponsors and volunteers.

We especially want to thank: Peruanos de la ciudad de Arequipa (Ethel Lazarte, Harold Vera and Sergio Velarde), FIRC (Edina Cejudo and Nubia Sanchez), Summit Community Care Clinic (Jenniffer Gonzalez, Erin Major, Cecilia Thompson, Jill Benbow and Megan Margelofsky), Vail Valley Med Center Think First program (Kim Greene, Anne Wardrop and Carlos Abel), Public Health/Social Services/Youth and Family (Yesenia Becerril). Thanks also to Yasmine Castillo and Pam Lofgran for the T-Shirt Design, the Wellington Neighborhood, Hacienda Real, Taqueria La Perla, Starbucks in Dillon, First Bank of Silverthorne, Resort Quest of Summit County, Darren Brungardt and all his math students and finally… a big thank you to all of the parents, teachers, students of Dillon Valley Elementary!
