Advocates thank two local supporters
The staff and board of Advocates for Victims of Assault, Inc. would like to take this opportunity to thank two local supporters of our organization. Butch Elitch of REMAX has advised us for years now when the CARHOF grant cycle runs.
CARHOF is the Colorado Association of Realtors’ branch that offers funding to 501(c)organizations that assist in housing victims of domestic violence, among many other charitable causes.
Butch has been tireless in his efforts to aid us in being the recipient of funds every year during both grant cycles. A second local contributor to Advocates is the El Pomar Foundation, which works in conjunction with the Summit School District to provide grants to nonprofits in the area of education and has recently helped fund Advocates’ Peacemaker Campaign in the Summit School District. The generosity and support of these local entities enables Advocates to continue to offer the many services we make available to victims of assault and trauma. Their dedication to our program is invaluable and deeply appreciated.
