BRECKENRIDGE – The Summit Combined Housing Authority would like to announce the final 5A Revenue numbers for 2010. 5A is an initiative that was passed by voters in 2006, lending support to affordable housing programs for locals. This initiative combines a percentage of sales tax, impact fees and voluntary endowments that are collected by each town in Summit County. The funds are then used to directly support programs, such as the Summit Revolving Loan Fund, that provides down-payment assistance to locals, and affordable neighborhoods in each community.

If you have any questions on 5A, or would like more information on the programs at work in this community, please contact Jennifer Kermode, Director of the Summit Combined Housing Authority, at (970) 423-7043 or jenniferk@summithousing.us.
