I provide the absolute best customer service whether I am working with buyers or sellers. I love challenges, I have been very fortunate to be able to sell at least one luxury homes a year since I have been in the business ($2 million and up). They take a lot of work and patience. I actually work very hard on of my listings, and strive to provide as much customers service as possible throughout the whole process of buying and selling. I sell throughout Summit County and have a few listings in Park County. I take listings in all price ranges and try to work with each seller the best way possible to get the listing sold at the highest price possible in the least amount of time. I love working with buyers too. One of the most important aspects of the job is to know the market. I preview properties all over the county, and keep up to date with the changes that do occur sometimes on a daily bases. Q: What designations do you have and what does that mean for people you with?GRI -Graduate Realtor Institute. It shows them that I am dedicated to being the best I can be. However, getting the certification is only one step. I take classes all the time that will benefit my business and help me to be the expert in my field. Education is definitely important, but equally important is using what you learn through hard work and determination! CNE -Certified Negotiation Expert. Being an expert in negotiations is a large part of our business. You have to always stay on top of what you are doing.Q: What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do?Working with all kinds of people. I love people, but you need to really understand who you are working with. Everyone is different, and has different needs. So you have to be adaptable and flexible! I love getting to know people. So developing strong lasting relationships can be challenging, but so very rewarding. I know I have to earn my clients respect and business. Q: What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?I just listed a log home with a very large workshop and yurt on two acres for $459,500. I drove out to see the listing and was amazed. It is so cute and very affordable. This property is definitely unique. Q: What are the top three things that separate you from your competitors?Customer service, honesty and I work very hard to help my clients!Q: What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?I think it is important to have a connection with the Realtor that you choose. Make sure you like who you hire and can work with them. Selling or buying a home is a very important decision that you make. Choosing someone who has your best interests in mind is important. I interview my clients as well. It is a team effort, and the broker and buyer or seller have to be able to communicate on a regular bases.I will only take a listing if I can feel comfortable with the person who is going to hire me.Q: What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?Well, I started when the market was at it’s worst, and since I have been in the business, every year my business has improved. I see prices stabilizing, and possibly increasing as inventory decreases. It all depends on so many factors, and I do not have a crystal ball, but I am positive. People buy here in Summit for the life style – and that won’t change. Prices are still down now, but sales are greater this year than before.Q: Why should someone chose you as their real estate broker?I have the passion for helping people buy and sell real estate. I am driven, persistent and always follow up. When you love what you do, you tend to be great at it.Q: Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?I have always worked in sales. I was a pharmaceutical representative for 10 years, a stay at home mom who traveled and lived in Japan for six years, then moved to Summit County in 2004. I raise three beautiful, talented daughters that I adore, and I am dedicated to raising my three girls, and working as a full-time real estate broker here in Summit County.
