Annual coat drive to help the needy

The Summit County Social Services’ annual Coat Drive is under way. Gently used coats, hats and mittens are being sought for distribution to those in need.

Drop-off points are at Summit High School, Summit Middle School, Silverthorne Elementary, Breckenridge Elementary, Silverthorne Recreation Center, Breckenridge Recreation Center, Zoomers Preschool, Summit County Preschool, Main Branch Library, North Branch Library, Wal-Mart, City Market-Breckenridge, City Market-Dillon and Safeway.

The coat drive will run through Oct. 25.
