Annual ‘Soup for the Soul, Bread for the Clinic’ fundraiser to support Summit Community Care Clinic nears
Summit Community Care Clinic will host its “Soup for the Soul, Bread for the Clinic” fundraiser on March 23 at the Keystone Conference Center at 5:30 p.m.
The event will feature dinner, live music by the Beau Thomas Band and a chance to purchase local goods and services at a discount to benefit the Care Clinic.
This year, the Care Clinic is celebrating significant expansion projects that were completed in 2023 to meet the growing demand for affordable, integrated healthcare in Summit, Lake, and Park counties. In 2023, the Care Clinic opened three new locations, including the Upper Blue Elementary school-based health center in Breckenridge, the Care Clinic — Lake County in Leadville, and Park County Dental in Fairplay.
Tickets for Soup for the Soul are on sale at SoupForTheSoulSummit.org.

Summit Daily is embarking on a multiyear project to digitize its archives going back to 1989 and make them available to the public in partnership with the Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection. The full project is expected to cost about $165,000. All donations made in 2023 will go directly toward this project.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference.
