Avalanche Physical Therapy welcomes new therapist

Avalanche Physical Therapy in Silverthorne would like to welcome a new physical therapist to the community, Mandy Fraylick, MPT, MCMT.Avalanche Physical Therapy will host a meet-and-greet and open house for Fraylick and a free lecture at 5 p.m. Thursday. The lecture will be on the prevention of lower extremity injuries during hiking, hosted by Cindy Holthaus, PT. Light refreshments will be provided. Avalanche Physical Therapy-Silverthorne is located at 555 Adams Ave., Suites A & B.Fraylick began work on May 29, bringing 18 years of experience to the practice. She received her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Michigan in 1994 and has an array of unique experience from working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked in Hawaii, Antarctica, Aspen, Englewood and New Zealand. She also has a strong neurological rehabilitation background after working seven years at Craig Hospital, where she focused on head and spinal cord injuries.
