ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Authorities say they are searching for a man who police say walked into an Albuquerque convenience store, grabbed a handful of gummy bears and then nearly ran over a clerk. KRQE-TV reports that the man casually strolled into the store, yanked the gummy bears then tossed some of the candy at the entrance. A video posted by Albuquerque police captured the man stealing the candy before trying to run over a chasing clerk with his car. Investigators say no one was injured during the bizarre heist.
