The Highlands is an exclusive area in Breckenridge that borders the Breckenridge Golf Course and surrounding area. The area is very beautiful with rolling hills, awesome views of Breckenridge Ski Resort, golf course views and mountain views. There are over 250 homes within the 13 subdivisions of the Highlands. This home has four bedrooms and three baths with a bonus caretaker apartment above the garage. The home features a large gourmet kitchen and cathedral ceilings. The home sits on 1 acre and is on a very sunny lot. This home was built in 2002 and is currently listed at $217 a square foot. This is a short sale. Daniel Webster Johnson of Resort Brokers offers the property at $849,000.
