Biking Frisco: Frisco bicycle property tour back on the trail

Are you new to the Frisco area and it’s real estate market? Just starting your property search here in town, or a local who is looking to trade up or down, you should sign up for the Frisco Bicycle Property Tour. This an exciting way to visit and explore a wide variety of property opportunities here in Frisco and a great way to see the town in ways you may not have thought of before.

This weeks tour will feature five condos ranging in price from $250,000 to $620,000. There will be 1 town house listed at $674,000 and two single-family homes starting at $879,000. The ride will be about eight miles in length and include some of the most scenic bike trails in town. The ride departs at 11 a.m. from 507 E. Main St., the Century 21 Gold office, each Saturday and Sunday mornings throughout summer.

As of this week, here are some real estate average figures for Frisco; two-bedroom condo $355,000, three-bedroom town house $512,000, and single-family house at $981,000. There are currently 162 listings in Frisco.
