John Feather
Special to the Daily

This weeks Frisco Bicycle Property Tour will feature single-family homes. The lowest priced, non deed-restricted house, will be on tour as well as a few at the highest end of the market and several in the middle. The tour will include riding along the path at the base of Peak One and Mt. Royal through town, and a small portion on the Lake Dillon Trail.

There are currently 41 single-family listings in Frisco. The average list price is $933,000 and 3,090 square feet. In the last 12 months, 21 have sold with an average list price of $818,476. The average sold price for these homes was $747,531 at an average living space of 2,370 square feet. That is 91 percent of list price sold.

Make it a fun-filled and informative Saturday or Sunday seeing homes and riding your bike around town. The tour meets at 11 am at 507 Main St., Century 21 Gold office. It is open to all biking abilities and is free. You may register at http://www.SummitCountyPropertyGuide.com and click on “Bike Tours,” or you may call me, John Feather at (970)470-2873.
