Biz Q and A
QWhat type of business do you operate – what do you sell, or what service do you provide?
AWe are a full-service catering company. All Seasons Catering believes in providing exceptional cuisine and unparalleled presentation with style and elegance.
QWhere are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in
A Originally, I am from Seattle. As a chef I tended to move around a lot to experience new and different cuisine. From Seattle I moved to New Hampshire, then to Michigan, where I met my wife and partner. From there we moved to Southern California, where I studied more before being able to call Summit County home.
We decided to open our business in Summit County due to the exceptional beauty and the people, who, after living and going to school in Michigan and California, you find to be real and considerate. It’s definitely a place to live out the American dream.
QWhat experience do you have in this
A The experience my wife and I have is a cumulation of degrees ranging from culinary arts technology, specialty food presentation, hotel restaurant management to baking. I have obtained an award from the Michigan Restaurant Association for culinary excellence and I love to ice carve.
QWhat sets your business apart from other similar businesses?
A Our business will be set apart from others with outstanding service, keeping in mind that there is nothing we won’t do for one of our clients.
QWhat types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?
AWell, the obvious response is ALL OF
QWhy did you choose to open where you
AWe chose to open up our business here in Summit County due to the beauty of the area, the responsiveness of the people and the fact that it has been a lifelong dream to live here since the first visit that my dad took me on out here. I fell in love with the area. Although it took some time to make it here, we are here now.
QWhat are your plans for your company’s
A We would like to become one of the premier catering companies in the Rockies. We would like to branch off and serve not only the Summit area, but also the Vail and Eagle areas.
