Biz seminars this week in Silverthorne.

In an ongoing effort to help local business owners succeed, Summit Independent Business Alliance (SIBA) is announcing its next free Business Builders’ Toolbox seminar: How to Create a Customer-Centric Culture, Tips to Strengthen Your Service Approach & Boost Your Bottom Line. Presented by Charlie Eazor, managing partner of Eazor Investment Group, Inc., owners of The Blue Spruce Inn, The Backcountry Brewery and The Frisco Depot, this quarterly professional-education seminar will help attendees understand the importance of the customer-centric workplace, how to grow their business by creating a system for service that truly puts customers first, and how to measure the system’s success. “Customer Centricity in a business environment is as much as way of thinking as it is a set of specific procedures to implement and follow,” Eazor says. “The need for customer centricity stems from the desire to increase business by creating customers who become disciples for your business and who you can count on for future business as well.” Business Builders’ Toolbox will take place at two different times: Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 16 at noon, at the Silverthorne Pavilion. The event is free and open to anyone in Summit County who owns a business. In addition, company owners are encouraged to bring along their managers or employees to take advantage of this eye-opening professional-education opportunity. Box meals may be pre-ordered at Deli on the Blue (next to the Silverthorne Pavilion in Locals Liquors – call ahead 262-1200) for those who wish to bring in lunch or dinner during the event. – Daily News staff report
