Q: What type of business do you operate – what do you sell, or what service do you provide?

A. We are a local home building company building for locals as well as second homeowners.Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?A. Eleven years ago, we moved from Syracuse, N.Y., to Summit County. We decided to open our business here because of our love for building and the demand for custom home builders.Q: What experience do you have in this field?A. I have 16 years experience building, starting out with my father and eventually going out on my own.

Q: What sets your business apart from other similar businesses?A. What sets us apart from other local builders is our creative nature for something different. Some people want what we can create and offer.Q: What types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?A. We hope to reach out to everyone in the county and beyond to give us a look for that something special.



Q: Why did you choose to open where you did?A. We chose Summit County because of family and love for the mountains.Q: What are your plans for your company’s future?A. Our plans are to maintain effective pricing and offer our clients their dream homes to the fullest potential.
