QWhat type of business do you operate – what do you sell, or what service do you provide?AReal Estate Brokerage, with a gift for the consumer.QWhere are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?AOriginally, I am from Vermont. I have been living in the Colorado High Country since 1997. I am an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast as well as the founder and race director for the Leadville High Altitude Duathlon/Triathlon. I enjoy the lifestyle that Summit County has to offer and the county’s location to the rest of the state. Also, being a one man Chamber of Commerce to my friends and family that visit frequently and the individuals that I meet everyday.QWhat experience do you have in this field?

AI have been trained in accordance with Colorado Real Estate. I am a member of the Summit County Board of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I will join the Vail Board of Realtors very soon. My partners and mentors have been in the real estate business in the Colorado High Country since 1992.QWhat sets your business apart from other similar businesses?ATime Value Real Estate, Inc. offers the same professional “full service” MLS as our competitors do. However, we offer incredible buyer incentives (we pay our buyers 1.5 percent of the sales price at closing). Also, we list all properties at a listing fee of no more than 3.99 percent.We have taken all the smoke and mirrors out of the process. We at Time Value Real Estate like to call it “paying it forward.” I am an extremely hard working individual, who respects the individualistic needs and desires of my diverse clientele.

QWhat types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?AAll buyers and sellers of real estate who understand the Time Value of money!QWhy did you choose to open where you did?ASummit County is my home.
