Blue River Bistro hosts Pineda Rosas fundraiser Tuesday

For the purpose of raising money for the family of Bryan Pineda Rosas, the Blue River Bistro will be hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday..

Bryan Pineda Rosas was a 13-year-old Breckenridge boy who died last Wednesday from influenza complications. He is survived by his parents. Bryan’s father, Javier, had been a longtime employee of the Blue River Bistro as well as a contributing member of Summit County. In addition to the sorrow caused by their terrible loss, the family has found themselves with thousands of dollars in funeral expenses.

In memory of Bryan Pineda Rosas, the Blue River Bistro is sponsoring an all-day “Bistro Dine Out.” Proceeds from the all-day event will go toward Rosas family and to aid in off-setting some of the funeral costs. The Blue River Bistro will host fundraising activities for Bryan’s family, including a silent auction, donations drives throughout the day and the direct contribution of bistro proceeds. The Blue River Bistro will begin donating proceeds at 11 a.m. for lunch and continue all day through midnight.
