For over two decades, Blue River Property Management in Breckenridge has prided itself on providing the property and business management to its clients.
Focusing solely on the physical property and business management of the company’s network of homeowner’s associations, Blue River Property Management does not perform rental management like many other companies in the area.
Instead of managing rentals, the 12-employee, year-round staff at Blue River Property Management pour their energy in managing properties and businesses that are overseen by homeowner associations throughout the town of Breckenridge.
“We focus on just taking care of the outside of the buildings, the grounds, the common areas and the business management of the HOAs,” Richard Holcroft of Blue River Property Management said.
It helped the company win Best Property Management Company, HOA in the 2024 Best of Summit contest.
Blue River Property Management specifically oversees close to two dozen properties and businesses exclusively in Breckenridge including Village Point Townhomes, Park Place Condominiums, Timbernest Condominiums, The Atrium and One Breckenridge Place.
“We are a family-owned, local business where we do a lot of the building maintenance, snowplowing, heavy-equipment snow plowing in house,” Holcroft said. “We invest in equipment and training our employees to give them the best service possible.”
Beyond providing well-maintained spaces, Blue River Property Management is also well loved in Summit County because of the quality of service the business provides to its clients on a daily basis.
“I know the owners over the years have given us feedback that we are always available to answer the phone and we have our team on-site daily to walk through the properties,” Blue River Property Management’s Trish Holcroft said. “It is really that focus on quality that the owners have appreciated the most over the last 20 years.”
