BlueSky breaks ground in Breckenridge

BRECKENRIDGE – A ceremonial groundbreaking was held June 30 for BlueSky Breckenridge, a luxury condominium development at the base of the Snowflake Lift on the corner of 4 O’Clock and Kings Crown roads. Some new owners joined the BlueSky sales team and employees from AmSouth Bank, TCD, Inc. construction company and Ten Mile Title for the ceremony. Construction began Tuesday. The project is expected to be complete in 18 months.Thirty-one sales contracts are already secured for the 50 units that offer ski-in, ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. A lift will be located on the premises, as well as ski rentals, ticket purchase and a day spa.
