Book signing to benefit food pantry

Part-time Summit County resident, television chef and cookbook author Christy Rost has partnered with Border’s Books this weekend to help restock a local food pantry while signing her newest cookbook, “Where’s My Spatula? Fast, Healthy Meals When Your Kitchen or Your Life Is A Mess.” This is Ms. Rost’s second Summit County book event this summer to help restock the food pantry.

Summit County cooks and visitors will have the opportunity to meet Christy Rost at Border’s Books in Dillon this Saturday, July 12, from 2-4 p.m.

Summit County residents and visitors can make a difference by attending the Border’s signing and bringing donations of canned and non-perishable food. Border’s Books is located at 264 Dillon Ridge Road in the City Market shopping center. For questions, please call (970) 262-1220.
