Book signing with Eagle author Saturday in Frisco

A local author, speaker and life coach is coming to Frisco to share the story of her life-long struggle and to sign copies of her newest book, “Opting In.” Molly Fiore will be at The Next Page Bookstore Saturday from 3-4 p.m.

In “Opting In,” Fiore shares her brave and utterly honest look at dark personal secrets that brought her to the brink of suicide. The critically acclaimed book is a therapeutic tale that lets readers know they are not the only ones who may feel lost, lonely or desperate.

Suicide at one time seemed like the only option for Fiore, who had fought the thought along with dramatic highs and lows since her teenage years. But instead, she got busy living, and slowly found the courage and mustered the will to face herself while she turned her childhood, her emotions and eventually her life and her marriage inside out.

“Opting In” tells this journey of recovery and how Fiore overcame her life struggles to get where she is today. She will share these thoughts for free and sign books on Saturday.

An Eagle native, Fiore is also a motivational speaker and she works on suicide prevention efforts. She is also a life coach, modeling her approach after the people who assisted her journey.
