Breck post office announces contest winners

Daily News staff report

The Breckenridge post office finished up its Ma & Pa’s Day contest earlier this month, announcing three winners.

One of the post office’s youngest customers drew winners from a fishbowl with more than 500 entries on June 10.

Customers were eligible to win by simply purchasing any special service such as insurance, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and/or return receipt. Customers filled out a small entry form, obtained from the sales associates, writing down their name and phone number and placing it in the fish bowl.

The three winners were J.C. Velasco, Kari Kuhn and Andrew Biggin. Prizes were spay and neuter commemorative stamps and envelopes along with a matching tote bag, plus two colorful package envelopes and label.
