Breck to allow overnight parking

Summit County, Colorado

For the fourth consecutive year, the Town of Breckenridge is easing parking restrictions in May ” but this year it’s going a step further by allowing overnight parking all summer.

From May 1 to October 31, overnight parking restrictions will be lifted in town lots. Vehicles must be moved after 24 hours, according to a town press release.

Through the month of May, all three-hour parking restrictions are lifted.

Pay parking in Tiger Dredge Lot, F-Lot, Wellington Lot and East Sawmill Lot will end Wednesday, resuming Oct. 30, according to the press release.

The town continues to offer permits for residents and guests ” many of the permits must be renewed July 1.

Delivery zones have been created through the downtown corridor and require a Town Delivery Zone permit to be renewed annually. To purchase a permit, contact the community service and parking department at Breckenridge Police Department.
