Breck town council to discuss old CMC

The Breckenridge Town Council will consider a draft intergovernmental agreement with Summit County government for the future use of the old CMC building on Harris Street as a library at the Tuesday work session.

The discussion is set to take place between 4:15 and 5:15 p.m., but times are subject to change.

The work session will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Town Hall Auditorium.

The development agreement with Breckenridge Grand Vacations for a new lodging structure on Peak 8 and a winter events update are also on the agenda.

The town council’s regularly scheduled meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m. in the same location.
