Fifteen Brownies with Girl Scouts of America are collecting donations for a food drive today at Breckenridge Elementary School.

The public is welcome to drop off donations at the school’s front lobby to support the week-long drive aiming to help re-stock the food bank at Family Intercultural Resource Center, troop leader Katie Buller said in an e-mail.

The girls are rallying their fellow students – explaining the function of the food bank and encouraging them to donate at least five items to be exchanged for stickers.
