Breckenridge man arrested for alleged sexual assault

SUMMIT COUNTY – Breckenridge resident Michael David was arrested last week on felony sexual assault charges.

David was taken into custody by the Breckenridge Police Department on the evening of July 22 and later bonded out. He was wanted for a third-degree felony, after allegedly sexually assaulting a Frisco woman July 21.

According to the Frisco Police Department, there are still aspects of the case pending. More information will be released later.
