Breckenridge teen awarded ‘Local Talent’ scholarship

For the past seven years, the American Singer Seminar (July 7-17) has been bringing talented young vocalists together with accomplished professionals from Broadway. In 2002, program director, Douglas Webster instituted a “Local Talent Scholarship” to be awarded specifically to a Summit County participant. This year’s award goes to Nicole “Coco” Chalfant, daughter of Berto and Karen Chalfant of Breckenridge. More information can be obtained by calling Douglas Webster at (212) 262-5220.
