Breckenridge’s North Face shop burglarized


BRECKENRIDGE – The Breckenridge Police Department is looking for a man who broke into the North Face Store in Breckenridge early Tuesday morning.Officers were dispatched to the shop at 322 S. Main Street at about 12:30 a.m. when an intrusion alarm sounded.They found a broken window that the suspect used to enter the store, according to a press release from the Breckenridge Police Department.The security camera identified the suspect as a white male in his early to mid 20s and approximately 5-feet 10-inches to 6-feet tall with an average build. He has shaggy blonde hair and was wearing a dark baseball hat, dark colored baggy pants, a long-sleeved white or light colored shirt under a dark hooded jacket and white tennis shoes.The man stole a green North Face fleece jacket and a gray North Face “Shuttle 30” backpack before leaving the store through the broken window.If you have any information pertaining to this case, please call officer Amy Nordeen at the Breckenridge Police Department at (970) 453-2941.If you have information about this case and would like to remain anonymous please call Summit County Crime Stoppers at 1-866-453-STOP.
