Bruce Trigg: Vote on Lowe’s?

Frisco

With the ongoing controversy surrounding the possibility of a Lowe’s store in Silverthorne, it seems to me the best way to deal with it would be the way Frisco dealt with the proposition of a Home Depot on the ten acre parcel: Put it to a vote of the people. That way, Lowe’s would get a clear picture of whether they’re welcome, or not, and the Silverthorne Town Council would be given a clear picture of what the people want, even if they think they know better.
