Q: What type of business do you operate – what do you sell, or what service do you provide?A: Trippe & Company is a Denver-based marketing agency, with three distinct practices:∞ Cultivate – designed specifically for startup companies to help them break through into growing, profitable organizations∞ Escalate – designed for public companies that need departments working together better to reach common business goals.∞ Radiate – designed to help individuals achieve professional goals by improving their personal brands. Doncaster is the first clothing brand Trippe & Company is representing.Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?A: I worked in Silicon Valley for 10 years before coming to Summit County. Since moving here in 1999, I have expanded my small business while engaging in community service.Q: What experience do you have in this field?A: I have spent more than 25 years building national and international brands such as Symantec, Iomega, Hunter Douglas and American Express. I have taken everything I learned about building successful product brands and am now applying it to creating personal brands.Q: What sets your business apart from other similar businesses?A: There is no other firm in Summit County that offers the same full set of services as Radiate, which includes image styling, closet clean-out, personal shopping, speaker training, photography and styling, publicity, and identity.Q: What types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?A: We are particularly interested in women who want to change their look or may be professionally stuck and need help moving forward.Q: What are your plans for your company’s future?A: We plan to continue adding lines and providing seminars to help women see that building a personal brand can lead to professional success.
