Q: What type of business do you operate ” what do you sell, or what service do you provide?
A: My company offers wireless consulting, which is a very unique service. I cater to individuals or businesses in need of assistance controlling monthly spending on wireless plans as well as phone support and technical assistance. I’m also an authorized dealer for Sprint and carry cellular accessories for any carrier.
Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?
A: I have lived in Summit County my whole life and have my home and family here, so where to start a business was a no-brainer.
Q: What experience do you have in this field?
A: I have been in the cellular industry for 7 years and have sold every major carrier available.
Q: What sets your business apart from other similar businesses?
A: I have always had a strong practice of going over and beyond the call of duty for my customers. The problem is traditional wireless stores need to get you in and out fast to make money, and buying a new phone is not something that should be rushed. I also noticed the amount of time that my customers spent dealing with their cellular providers for one reason or another, and thought if a professional who knows the “lingo” could step in and take this over for them the issues would be handled in a fraction of the time and the time and money they save would still be worth the cost of my time.
Q: What types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?
A: A lot of different customers can benefit form my help, small businesses are where I see the biggest problem with overspending. They get busy doing their jobs and don’t have time to babysit their wireless plans.
Q: Why did you choose to open where you did?
A: My location is a small loft space in Silverthorne, I chose it because my mom owns it and for now it’s free. You can’t beat that!
Q: What are your plans for your company’s future?
A: I would like to have enough clients to keep my self busy but still give them all personalized attention.
